We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is smart casual. For this time of year in the Pacific Northwest, may we suggest the following attire:
Folks who'd like to wear a dress can wear sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Our Septembers can be difficult to predict, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap as well. Alternatively, guests can wear a breezy dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are optional.
We have secured a block rate with the Delta Hotel in Everett, WA, which is about a 30 minute drive away.
The rate is $140 + taxes and parking per night. Please note that rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the last day to book under this block is Tuesday, August 18, 2026. While we have a block rate with this hotel, there are several options in the wider area.
For our friends and family that have to travel, the closest major airport to our venue is Seattle Tacoma International Airport, which is about an hour and a half from the venue. Alternatively, Paine Field in Everett is about 30 minutes away, but flights may be harder to come by.
If you need to coordinate pickups / drop offs from the airport, or coordinate transportation to get to the venue day-of, please get in touch.
Food will be provided by The Skagit Table, a local catering company specializing in grazing boards and appetizers. Food options will include a few passed appetizers, salad and a grazing table consisting of meats, nuts, cheeses, olives and more. Dietary accommodations for Halal food, as well as gluten free options will be available by default. If you require additional dietary accommodations please let us know, so we can make sure you get fed!
Both Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages will be served, including a tea setting for each person, and the option to join the bride and groom in sharing their signature drinks, a cocktail and a lemonade iced-tea respectively
